Shipping and Delivery

Minimum shipping is 14.99. Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These rates are calculated by the shipper.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Required signature can be added at an additional cost.

The following notices are provided:

1. When your order is ready to ship with tracking information.
2. Shipper has possession of your order and it's in transit.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Notice is provided prior to leaving our facility, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is received. Customers can track packages by requesting additional notifications through the shipper's website with the tracking information provided.

1. Package in transit update.
2. Expected Delivery Date update.
3. Delivery Exception update.
4. Day of Delivery update.
5. Package Delivered.
