Refund policy

Return Policy:

All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date and subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, we will gladly waive this fee if the order is returned to the store and not the shipper.

Once item(s) are received and inspected a refund will be issued in the form it was purchased.

We do not offer free returns and shipping cost is non-refundable.

Notice must be given to us by email (vella@esschoolsupply.com) of any items not received, shortages or damages within 72 hours of receipt of order. Please provide photos of damaged items and shipping container.

Please include in your return the packing slip and the product in its original packaging. If you no longer have your packing slip, please enclose a note indicating the reason for the return, your name, PO# and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.

Copyright Laws do not allow us to accept returns on the following:

• Books, software, CD's, VHS tapes, cassette tapes or DVD's unless the merchandise arrived damaged. Which photos of damaged product and shipping container MUST be provided at time of receipt.

Return Check Policy:

There is a $30 service charge for ALL returned checks and charge backs.
